| Q
: |
I
use Microsoft Outlook, but when I
try to install Qurb, it says I don't
have Outlook installed. What's going
on? |
| A
: |
Qurb
requires a properly installed copy
of Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002, or
XP. Qurb Support has encountered users
who run Outlook from network shares,
but have not installed Outlook on
their local computers. Other users
have copied Outlook to their computers
by file-copy operations, rather than
by running the Microsoft Outlook or
Office installer. Qurb does not support
these configurations. Please confirm
that Outlook is installed on your
computer by confirming that all the
following are true:
- In your Add/Remove Programs Control
Panel, either Microsoft Office or
Microsoft Outlook is listed.
- You are able to start Microsoft
Outlook by visiting the Programs
submenu of your Start menu.
- (Only if you are comfortable using
RegEdit) The following registry
key exists: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE
\Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion
\App Paths \OUTLOOK.EXE

Does Qurb work
with IncrediMail? |

There are two

an add-on for Microsoft Outlook (not
Outlook Express).
Qurb does not work with the standalone
version of IncrediMail.
We are currently testing Qurb with
the Microsoft Outlook add-on version
of IncrediMail, and so far Qurb appears
to work with this version. However,
this is subject to change at any time.
